With a crackle and hiss the tiny goblin materialized in the center of the cavernous chamber. Disoriented, he glanced quickly from side to side, taking in the astonished looks of the small party of battle weary adventurers who had summoned him, before, finally and fatefully, looking up into the rapidly descending jaws of an enormous dragon. In a tiny, squeaky, quivering voice he uttered the only words of his brief and ill-fated existence... "oh shit".
It's a dead heat so far... I knew Gobula would vote for FR. Eberron is very light on the steam and on the punk, basically you have elemental powered airships and railroads.
FR can bite my flabby pink ass. I say GH, but wouldn't so no to Ebberon. Alternately, we could mix it up with a little modern. I would prefer using the newer Star Wars style rules, but those aren't in SRD and no one has that book.
Screw the new rules. We're running Ptolus in 3.5, so this will be 3.5! And boy are you guys attached to GH. I, for one, am interested in seeing exactly what kind of warforged Lummox would be.
Nothing wrong with smart golems. Also, by newer rules, I mean they use a version of d20 modern (a form of rules sort of between 3.0 and 3.5), only much easier to deal with (also what 4.0 seems to be based on). One roll for perception rather than one each one. The same for stealth instead of hide and move silently. MUCH BETTER!

I'll be in Florida from the 20th until the 31st.
You ignorant slut.
New Year's Eve D&D!
So long as I get to see mah Hadrian, I don't much care. But I did vote Eberron because I'm curious what all the steampunk kerfluffle is about.
Punk I get, but steampunk does absolutely nothing for me. And I like my D&D technology free--industrialization and magic don't mesh in my mind.

Who else voted for GH? I'm so proud.

Long live Greyhawk!

Bah. Warforged. I don't like the idea of sentient golems.

Not that I don't like 3.5, mind you.
